We hope you are able to find the perfect property from our website listings. However, we would ask that you register your requirements via our site, so that we can keep you updated of suitable properties coming on the market.
When you have found a property you would like to move in to, you will be asked to complete an application form and provide proof of identity. Financially we will require the following:
- a damage deposit equivalent to at least one months rent
- the first months rent in advance
- an agency fee (which covers the costs of referencing and other administrative costs)
These monies must be paid in cleared funds prior to entry and can be paid by personal cheque (5 working days for clearance), by bankers draft or bank transfer.
Your rent due day will be the day that you move in and rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order. You will be provided with an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and a comprehensive inventory of the property.
We strongly recommend tenants contents insurance is effected, to protect both your posessions and your deposit. we are able to arrange insurance if required.
In most cases we act as full management agents for the property which means you can contact our trained staff if you have any problems.
We have a great team of professional trades people to deal with maintenance issues and will endeavour to sort out any problems within 24 hours.
